Hey there!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Cougars!!!!!!!!!!  This is Rob writing this. I was just gonna tell all you awesome readers
that I am now part of the couger press!!!! right now I'm still a 4th grader but next year I'll be
working full time to bring the cougar press to your eyes. I hope you enjoy my writing and

This website is made for elementary kids to have a fun place to go on the web, while learning about sports, school events, and cool ideas!!!!

   In order to send us your stuff, blog us by putting the question and your first name on it and blog us! OR... The old fashioned way- write it on a piece of paper and putting it in the Cougar Press Box! (located in the library). Also, make sure to stop at the What do you think blog! 

Cougars Can Help!!! (CCH)

Have you ever wanted to help the world in a way that also either benefits you, too, or you don't have to pay extra $$? Well, with this new post I like to call CCH, you can have a list of sites that help you benefit the world!!! 
Here are a few sites...

And here are a few ideas to help...
-If you go to church and have an offering plate, put in even a nickle! This helps the church!
-If there is a children's donation can at a grocery store, give at least something!
-Help elderly whenever you can!
-Be nice to everyone!!!

4th grade interviews!!

Hey fourth graders! You may be a fan of the Cougar Press! IF you are: You can make sure to look out for the interviews that will be taking place after Spring Break! They will hopefully take place after your computer time because we eat lunch while you have computer. Please look out for these! When we have these, you will learn more about the Cougar Press, and there will be an application on the site for you to fill out your name, teacher, and why you think that you should do it! We really are looking forward to finding some awesome 4th graders to fulfill our spot! Thank you,

Sports Page

The boys from the Cougar Press are not coming anymore. Still, we need articles put on the page!!! Please send in sports polls and articles like you may have been doing before. You will get credit and appreciation and, most of all, the joy of educating Hunters Creek Students on the Wonderful World of Sports. :) Please put your sports articles/polls in the Cougar Press box located in the library (Mrs. Moore can show you where it is). 

Blogging Warning:

Cougars- there have been some disappointing bloggers that have not respected the CP. Our comments are not approved, so whatever you do shows up. Please be smart while you are visiting! Remember- This website is meant for children as young as 6. Do not post things that are inappropriate to them!!

Here at the Cougar Press, we would really appreciate some stuff in our CP box. Please enter ideas for polls, articles, and blog entries. Thanks! Also, make sure to tell your friends and family about the CP, because we (its hard to believe) don't get a lot of visitors! So make sure to visit and do these things! A bit about Cougars: by Mathew L. and Paul M.

Did you know cougars are one of the ten biggest animals in the world? They can grow up to 6 feet in length and they weigh about 136 lbs! (62 kg). You may fing them in parts of North America, Africa, and Mexico. They are carnivores and can jumpup to 10 feet! Our school's mascot is cool!

Dear Cougar Press,
    Hi, everybody!  I am Cathleen from the former Cougar Chronicles! I honestly don't know what I am doing! Anyway, I really don't know why I am on the home page, but nonetheless, that's okay!  Anyway, I think the writers of this weebly and the writers of the Cougar Chronicles are doing an amazing job!  I am so glad that they're absolutely doing great!  I am elsp really glad that they're doing an even better job than I did on the Cougar Chronicles last year..... :l
    If you want any advice book-wise, well, i was on the Cougar Chronicles, a book review website, and I suggest (of course, If you're in 5th grade) read Where The Red Fern Grows the summer of sixth grade.  It will save you tears in front of your classmates!
    Please enjoy elementary school, because when you get into middle school, you can't do fun things like this!

    Hey, Cougars! Wanna know what's outside the world? That's being aware- Global Awarness. 5th grade is doing a Global Awarness project called Kiva. We raise money to donate to people in need around the world. Check out the articles, learn about it, and more! Learn at Cougars!
